1. Service scope
The features, user limits, usage allowances, support level, and subscription period of your plan are described in the order form or proposal.
2. Usage rights
During the subscription term, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the services solely for your internal business activities.
3. Customer data
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data uploaded to the service and for obtaining necessary permissions. Your data is processed to provide and secure the services.
4. Maintenance and service changes
Temporary interruptions may occur for security, maintenance, or development. We aim to give reasonable notice of planned changes that materially affect core functionality.
5. Fees and suspension
Fees are charged at the beginning of the relevant billing period. Access may be suspended with notice for overdue payments, security risks, or material breach of these terms.
6. Support
Support coverage may vary by plan. You are expected to provide the technical information reasonably needed to reproduce and investigate a reported issue.
