Cancellation and Refund Policy
Conditions for subscription cancellation, renewal, and refunds.

1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Automatic renewal
Automatically renewing plans are charged for the next selected period unless canceled before the renewal date. Current period and price details are displayed in your account.
3. Refund requests
Refund requests are assessed based on the purchase date, use of the service, plan terms, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Services that have been fully performed or consumed.
- Access issues caused by the user.
- Benefits expressly identified as non-refundable in campaign terms.
- Digital content or services excluded from withdrawal rights by law.
5. Contact
Including your account email, order or invoice number, and reason for the request will help us process a cancellation or refund request more quickly.
