Distance Sales Agreement

Sales terms for products and services purchased electronically.

1. Parties and purpose

This agreement is formed between the buyer placing an electronic order through Ticariyo and the seller whose details are displayed during checkout.

It governs the sale, payment, delivery, and mutual obligations relating to the product or service identified in the order.

2. Product, service, and price information

The main characteristics, total price including taxes, payment method, subscription period, and any additional charges are presented before the buyer confirms the order.

3. Order and performance

The order becomes binding when payment is completed and electronic confirmation is given. Digital services begin on the date shown at checkout or when the account is activated.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may exercise a right of withdrawal within the period and under the conditions provided by applicable consumer law. Statutory exceptions may apply to digital content or services whose performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent.

5. Disputes

Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within applicable monetary limits. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain reserved for other disputes.
